Milk & Eggs

Snow fell
Temperatures did too.
The thought of getting out,
seemed impossible to do.

A dear servant,
showered us with love.
As he checked on us daily,
with sweet Christ-like love.

We thought each day,
we would get out the next.
But, the snow kept falling.

This man, brought us a gallon of milk
a carton of eggs too.
It warmed out hearts too see his kind
act of service for You.

We have been humbled, by the Lord's gift
to us through men.
And refreshed, knowing the heart of a Christian
that speak volumes to a friend.

So, take the time to think of others,
in all that you do.
Bless them and show your love for the Lord,
and let Him do a work as He uses you.
